What matters does IIC handle?
Matrimonial (nikaah, talaaq, wills), inheritance, commercial & employment, mosque/community disputes—through mediation, arbitration, or adjudication.
What’s the difference between mediation, arbitration, and adjudication?
Mediation is a facilitated agreement. Arbitration is a binding decision by an agreed arbitrator. Adjudication is a formal ruling by the court/panel under Islamic law.
Are consultations confidential?
Yes. All enquiries and case documents are treated with strict confidentiality and handled with integrity.
Do I need to be in South Africa to use IIC?
We assist anyone seeking resolution under Islamic law. Consultations can be in-person or online for clients nationwide (and abroad where appropriate).
