Purpose
of the Court
The purpose of the Independent Islamic Court is to provide a structured, impartial and dignified forum for resolving matters in accordance with Islamic Law, guided by fairness, confidentiality,and excellence.
The IIC facilitates Shariah-based adjudication, mediation and guidance for those who voluntarily seek Islamic resolutions grounded in justice, accountability and moral responsibility.
Acting not from expediency or preference but from principled submission to the objectives of the Shariah, the IIC aims to deliver outcomes that are just, balanced and reflective of the dignity and ethical values of Islamic jurisprudence.
